1. Making a contract with us
1.1 When you place an order with our company, you are making an offer to buy physical or digital goods. Once you place your order via our website, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that we have received your order and payment.
1.2 If we do not receive all relevant information from you when you place your order (such as personalisation required on your product), we will inform you of this. This may result in a delay in processing your order.
1.3 The printed colours on cake toppers are likely to appear slightly different (lighter/different shade etc.) to how you view them on your screen. All monitor colour spectrums differ and edible ink is different to normal ink. Please take this into account when ordering.
1.4 By purchasing from us, you are confirming that you have the rights/permissions to use any images sent to us and accept full liability.
1.5 We will not check for spelling, punctuation or case correction for any message text provided for cake topper personalisation. Where no specific font or colour has been requested we will choose font and colour to match the design.
1.6 Your images will be kept on file for a minimum of 1 month and may appear on our website. If you do not wish your toppers to appear on our website, please contact us.
2. Payment, processing times & delivery
2.1 Payment can be made by credit and debit card or PayPal. By making a payment, you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions.
2.2 We aim to dispatch all cake topper orders within 24 hours (Mon – Fri, excl. Bank Holidays) of receiving payment.
2.3 Digital goods such as logos and stationery orders will be typically processed within 5 business days.
2.4 Our default delivery service for cake toppers is Royal Mail 2nd class (FREE). All delivery time scales are estimates only as given by Royal Mail and we cannot be responsible for delays incurred after postage; therefore we recommend you allow at least five working days for delivery.

3.1 Personalised, digital and tailor-made items are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations; as such we cannot accept returns. We will only accept returns if there has been a mistake made on our part or if you receive item in poor condition. Returns cannot be made if the delivery has missed the date of intended use such as birthday etc.
3.2 If there is a problem with your goods, please contact us via email ([email protected]) to discuss the matter further.
3.3 We are happy to exchange or refund faulty orders, however we reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty goods. Alternatively, we may request that you return the goods at our expense.
3.4 Once an order has been placed and paid for, we are unable to cancel it.
