Personalised products

All of our edible cake toppers are made to order and personalised specifically for you. Because personalised products are created to your specifications, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind.

Edible products

Our cake toppers are also food products. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of edible products once they have been supplied unless there is a problem with the order.

If something is wrong with your order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with the product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bluevanilladesigns.com. Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the problem so that we can investigate and help.

Personalisation details

Please check all wording carefully before placing your order. Names, ages, messages and other personalised text are printed exactly as submitted. We do not correct spelling, grammar, capitalisation or punctuation.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
